The web documentary Defenders Within the Labyrinth delves into the causes and consequences of the patterns of criminalisation against migrant defenders, through the stories of three of them and their legal teams, as well as through human rights organisations and national and international authorities on the matter.

This project has been funded by the European Cross-Border Grants to support cross-border investigative journalism in Europe (IJ4EU) from the International Press Institute, the European Journalism Centre, and the European Centre for Press and Media Freedom.
